For size, do not go by the pictures. Go by the measurement in the listing. I ordered large for a 7 wks golden retriever puppy. It is a perfect size for her. I expect she will outgrow in another 4 weeks. Puppy loves to sleep only on this pillow. I have washed the cover twice already and the quality is very good.
