My cat can sleep soundly now, so far this has helped keep fleas away. I am unsure how effective it is in killing fleas on the body though I can say it is effective at keeping them away vs. killing them. I use a flea comb for his body beforehand and use the collar as a preventive for new fleas. It's incredibly easy to put on and adjust for your cat, doesn't bother him at all and no bad skin reactions to it. I highly recommend every cat owner should have a flea comb, they will change you and your pet's life! They are the best way to kill fleas on your pet without spending money on expensive pills!!
